My tales were not aligned the back was not aligned. They still made me pay the co-pay which that’s fine. The 900 but I wasn’t satisfied the insurance called and said what’s going on. They said it was repaired. They informed me it was not repaired and then they lied to them they said not to my standards. Well, nothing was done right

My insurance company offered a discount for using Fix Auto after my car was damaged in a hit and run while in a parking lot. I am thankful for saving money and even more so for finding this shop. The fix auto team took an extremely long time to fix my vehicle. Also, upon picking up the vehicle I noticed that the bill stated, “Rear axel w/o rear differential lock” when my original axel had rear differential lock. I brought this to the shop manager’s attention and they said I would need to come back to Reno for them to take a look at it. This is extremely inconvenient seeing as which I live an hour away and I have to take off of work in order to handle this situation. They ordered the incorrect axel and took far too long to complete the repair.
