Took my car in with bumper falling off from accident, I’m a mechanic; I advised the person who was writing up the repair order a repair would not be possible. The bumper has a riveted bracket which is attached to said broken bumper ears. from initial accident bumper ears broke off COMPLETELY. There was no repairing or fixing to be “good enough”, I came to this specific repair shop due to being highly recommended. The paint job hands down great job, no issues there but mounting and finishing terrible. Initially when repairs were complete everything was flush nothing was looking unusual, come 2 days later I noticed the bumper was no longer flush. I removed the headlights to get a better visual, come to find out headlight panel was broken on accident side. No way inspection missed this, the fender bolts onto said panel. Then I looked closer found my fog lights were not installed correctly, they do not sit flush and it’s loose why? Because hardware was not installed on both sides. They did install my new lip correctly though, I’m not one to write reviews ever, but this is plain negligence and lack of quality control. I’ve contacted the shop, I have gone in person, they told me they can’t find the part… found each part online in stock within 10 minutes. I’ve sent emails with part numbers etc, I have not been called even after I was told they would order a part. Not sure why it feels like I the customer is trying to resolve this issue, I saw bs I called bs. When collision vehicles come into our dealership we order every single part that was damaged during accident, again this is negligence and lack of shop integrity. I could have taken the 2600 spent 1200$ order every single part and have them painted, while still having extra. I would not trust this shop with a older cars, maybe even look closely after repairs.

Maritza and Christopher helped me out alot. They had to deal with the insurance company for giving us a low estimate without considering the damages that was made internally. The staff made sure to tear the car apart to check for further damages made. They did a great job and I highly recommend this place for repairs
