The vehicle was returned to me on May 16th, at the end of the working day. However, upon a more thorough inspection the following day, I discovered multiple issues that indicate poor-quality workmanship: 1. Numerous defects (bumps and inclusions) are visible under the clear coat on the door, fender, and side mirror. 2. There are significant gaps between plastic and metal body parts, including: • Between the plastic wheel arch trim and the body panel; • At the molding junctions; • The inner paneling does not fit properly. 3. Overall, there is visible misalignment of components, suggesting careless reassembly after the repair.

I was really pleased how well the repair went. Maritza and the estimator did a nice and efficient job on working w/ me to get my car finished in a timely manner, and getting me set up w/ a reasonable car rental. I really do appreciate it and will go back to Fix Auto if I need more body work, which I hope I don't.

They did a great job but I had to go back to reattach an emblem and fix the audio system. Turns out, the audio wasn't their fault but a Hyundai manufacturing issue. But if they had tested it before giving me the car then that would have saved some time and money

They are friendly and skilled in fixing the surface scratches of the bumper. Yet they told me that they are not allowed to change to the OEM parts per GEICO’s policy. I would not recommend if you are going to change the part completely. I would recommend if it’s only for small scratches and they did a fantastic job! And very quick. It only took 2 days to fix my bumper.

I had a great experience with Fix Auto San Jose. They worked on my INFINITI fast and did an excellent job. I’m beyond thankful because they were able to save my car from being totaled by the insurance — I’ll always be grateful for that.
