Robert did an excellent job on handling my car! He provided great customer service. He found a tire problem in the last minute and decided to push out the time for me to pick up. This was a right thing to do. He also did a test-drive to make sure everything was done correctly. I really appreciate his high quality service. Also the shuttle service was very helpful and the driver was very friendly.

The text notifications were helpful and convenient. Also, great friendly staff. Upon arrival home, my brother and I fully inspected the car from where the damage was. It seems from the repaint of the bumper, it may have not dried completely because there are a lot of indentations in some areas of the bumper, it isn't smooth. Also, the fender seems to pop out a little bit from where it's suppose to connect near the window. Aside from that, my experience was great at Fix Auto.
