Inasmuch as my most recent auto accident was 50 years ago when I was 23, this was a very complex matter to me involving getting acquainted with AAA claims issues, Hertz rental for AAA claims issues, vehicle storage, vehicle transfer to your facility. But every one was courteous, and helpful. I didn't think my car could be restored, that too many parts were too severely damaged, but your company looks like it did a perfect job. Thanks. I appreciated your letting me visit the patient at your shop, too.
