Other body shop that we had to take my car to offered to sand and paint a small area of my Mom's car unrelated to the accident for free, and communication was better.

Since Fix Auto was already mixing the paint for the damaged area, I had asked the rep if Fix Auto could do me a solid and help me sand down and paint a very small section of the car that was unrelated to the accident (a different body shop did it for you Mom's car free of charge). The rep said they can't do it for free, but would get me an estimate if I want to pay out of pocket.. said they would call me back but the call never happened. Better follow-up and updates would have been preferred. Partnership with Enterprise and being able to pick up and drop off the rental car at Fix Auto was convenient.

I can't say enough good things about Fix Auto San Jose CA! The customer service was fantastic—Nick and Ms. M (front desk) was so personable and attentive. They took the time to address all of my concerns and answer my questions thoroughly. The quality of the repair work speaks volumes about their expertise; my car looks brand new, and they even cleaned it before handing it back to me! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto body work! Also, the arrangement with Enterprise is an excellent convenience for providing car rental while your vehicle is being repaired. I recommend Fix Auto San Jose CA! Keep up the great work!
