Very disappointed with Fix Auto San Jose. Poor communication, repeated delays, and the repair quality was far below expectations. I would not recommend this location.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Fix Auto. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Communication was terrible — I constantly had to chase updates, and the staff gave inconsistent information every time I called. My car was returned much later than promised, and the quality of the repair was unacceptable, with several visible flaws left untouched. For a company that advertises professionalism and reliability, this experience was the opposite. I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicle here and missing parts.

I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Fix Auto. The repair process was marked by poor communication, multiple delays, and substandard workmanship. Despite being given an estimated completion date, the vehicle was not ready on time, and follow-up calls were met with inconsistent information. Upon inspection, the quality of repairs failed to meet professional standards. This experience has caused unnecessary inconvenience and loss of confidence in Fix Auto’s service. I request that this issue be reviewed and addressed to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

I took my 2023 Honda civic in for repairs. I I was greeted by Marisa who works in the front . She went above & beyond to help us out. Thank you also to the workers who worked on my car to make it look so pretty again. You all are the Best. Would definitely recommend Fix Auto to friends & family

Yes, they were really friendly when I dropped off my truck, as well when I picked it up. They were honest and friendly. I will have to recommend them to any family member or friend if they ever get to an accident or even a just a random person if they get into an accident.lol see the assistant from my Work recommend you guys. So I called. So I took it the next day. That’s when I met your amazing staff. they were honest, friendly, really cool, and the Work looked awesome. If I have another accent, hopefully I don’t, I’ll make an appointment just go with you guys, You know.
