The front desk associate (I know I asked for her name but I am horrible at remembering names) she made the experience seamless. She was reassuring, informative and patient. I left without having any questions. The app to see the process was very nice, though I do wish it gave a better timeline on the progress of the work. The pick up was just as easy, with the text giving estimates then the same woman giving me a call letting me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. Due to how thorough and forthcoming with information as she was I walked away from this whole experience very happy.
