Hi, I will provide constructive feedback as I believe customer service can be improved. 1] I had noted that my preferred way of communication was via phone. I received my first communication via email from Christopher Tay on June 30th when vehicle was dropped off at the shop on June18th. This was 10 business days to receive a quote and much longer than expected. 2] The estimate was very thorough and clear with all parts needed along with labor costs. The cost of the repair was close over $11K and it did not address the main issue which was frame damage. I was told of this frame damage until I went personally to review the updated repair estimate with Christopher today 07/09. 3] After a complete estimate was provided with replacement of all parts being rendered unusable I am shown my vehicle with adjusted fenders and installed front bumper cover I had provided. Additionally, the quote was rescinded and no other repair was offered due to add'l frame work that needed to be done to repair the vehicle to completely address the issue with the misalignment of side fenders and hood. It just so happened that it made not sense to proceed with add'l repairs due to the high cost and the risk of reusing the same frame parts that had been damaged. I was charged a fair cost for the work that was performed. There was no issue there and am satisfied with the effort to make the car aesthetically better than when brought in. I also want to recognize the front desk staff whom were super nice, friendly and very easy to get paperwork completed and signed.
