I had a very frustrating experience here. It took three weeks just to get a scratch repaired. When I picked up the vehicle, Luis assured me that the bumper had been replaced, but that wasn't true—I immediately recognized a distinct scratch on it from before the repair. Furthermore, they claimed they replaced a window that wasn't even damaged in the accident, which I only caught because the tint was missing from the glass. When I brought it up, they told me they had to call the insurance back just to get my window re-tinted. Complete lack of transparency, poor communication, and unnecessary delays. I would not recommend this shop.”
