The communication was clear and thorough and I understood what was going on in the process of my car repair at all times. I really appreciate the customer service that I received, especially with being able to bring in my own car part and paying for the service of installing the part being an option as well as being accommodating to the pick up time that I preferred. Staff were all very friendly and doing a walk around the car before repairs and started and after repairs started was appreciated.

I highly recommend Fix Auto in San Marcos! I was recently rear ended commuting home on the 15. It was my first accident in all of my years of driving. Crystal and Albert were welcoming and felt like good friends within minutes of arriving to drop off my car for repairs. They kept me informed along the process and were happy to answer all of my questions and ease my anxiety about the entire situation and process. I highly recommend Fix Auto in San Marcos.
