Courteous interactions with the personnel. Two opportunities to improve: - the paint on the tailgate had orange peel and required a return trip to sand out - time estimates were not accurate, maybe provide are best case, worst case range

They didn’t replace my 4x4 Off Road decal. Also, they didn’t reinstall my bed cover correctly. On the bumper that they repaired, the plastic step piece is loose and should be secure
