Got into my first car accident and took my car to Fix It. The staff were incredibly helpful and really assured me that my car could be repaired. Boy did they bypass my expectations! Only a week later, my car practically looked like when I first got it! If you ever get into a car accident, this is definitely the place to go!

My parked truck was hit by my neighbor’s and I took my truck in for repairs to Fix It. Alex communicated well with the whole process of my truck getting fixed. By explaining the insurance steps to the whole process of my truck getting repaired. I never was left in the dark of the process. And I appreciate the communication. I did notice that some things in my truck are not working like my door lock. So I plan to take the truck back in on Monday to see if the repair on my door affected my door lock. Other than that, the communication and customer service is great at fix it. Alex will take good care of you and your vehicle.
