Alex was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained the process well about painting my truck and kept me up-to-date on the status. He even arranged for a car ride home so I could drop off my truck. I feel he went above and beyond my expectations. The work was also excellent. I will recommend Fix Auto San Marcos if any of my friends ask in the future.

Paint match was spot on some minor blemish on top and trim could have cleaned up car and hardtop window better lots of handprints.

I should have asked more questions in regards to estimate or adjuster could have explained process and steps more clearly which would have been more transparent in process and final cost ($400+ from original estimate.
