Our car needed extra repairs that took longer than the initial estimate; however we were not informed by the coordinator responsible for our case at the shop until I reached out to see what time I should pick it up. The coordinator insisted he had messaged us but that was not the case. Ehat initial was supposed to take 4 days too 2 weeks abd extra rental car fees. However, after that single incident the remainder of the experience was very positive and our car looks amazing!

Actually, it was a wonderful experience, considering the circumstances. Nobody wants their car to get smashed in, but if they do get their car smashed in, they would be the luckiest people in the world to go to Fix Auto! 10,000% satisfied. When I saw that my car was not initially repaired to my liking, the Team At Fix Autobody was diligent in addressing my concerns and making sure the vehicle looked like it never went into a body shop…..
