When I arrived with my vehicle to be repaired I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist who told me I would have to wait for Raul who stayed in the back working on something for a bout 15 minutes before coming to check me in. When he arrived he had no idea why I was there and immediately told me my estimate was only an estimate and the actual work would likely be more expensive. It went downhill from there. After telling him I would want to approve any additional expense before the work was done he called his manager. The manager was very courteous and business like. the work performed was satisfactory and there was no extra charge. The experience with Raul, however, makes it likely I would not recommend fix.

Raul, in the office did a great job. He let me know each day how the process of my repair and was very attentive. My issue is with the body repair. My vehicle is NOT in the condition it was before the accident. I am NOT completely satisfied with the repair.

Initially, there were issues with the repair. The first time I went in with concerns, they were kind of dismissed which was disappointing. I brought it back a second time since another issue arose on top of the first one but thankfully, Raul made sure I was satisfied with the repair at the end.
