Comparing a previous experience with a different collision shop Fix Auto was not only very professional but precise with the projected timeline. The work is impeccable. (Corrected a back end and front grill) and every effort was made to keep me informed of the progress.

We are pleased with the paint job and were pleasantly surprised with the extra touch of cleaning our vehicle. When we dropped off our vehicle we had not been advised of the $35 fee if we paid by credit card. Your receptionist did the right thing by getting approval to waive the fee saving us a trip to the bank for cash. We really appreciated that

I'm back home and see the driver side rear signal light out of order,they was alignment but it didn't work,my driver side rear tire still not straight,i feel disappointed with the technician here,they really wasted my time

Although auto accidents are never enjoyable, I had the distinct pleasure of working with the professionals at Fix Auto in San Marcos, who enhanced the experience tenfold. They always provided prompt, efficient, and thorough service, with a very strong focus on customer satisfaction, through friendly interactions, timely appointments, and promptly addressing concerns, all the while maintaining a very clean and professional working environment. They explained the repair needs, providing detailed estimates, offering multiple repair options with their associated costs, and continually provided updates on the progress. They were also able to repair the car in a much quicker time frame then originally promised, always a bonus. They also offer a comprehensive warranty. Alex particularly did an outstanding job in exemplifying the various aspects of customer care and auto repair expertise. He promptly took care of any issues and went above and beyond to ensure that all were addressed quickly and efficiently. Plus, as an added bonus, he really is an all-around nice guy. I also had the pleasure of meeting Johnny, Frank, Joanna, and Kamyle, all of them always pleasant and extremely helpful and thorough. The family of Cid/Fix Auto should all be very proud.
