I took a chance with Fix, I was on google looking for a repair shop, and I’m so grateful I did. My past experience with body work on my car was confusing, and there was very little communication, I found all the gentlemen at Fix to be kind, patient and really thoughtful. They were straight with me and took the time to explain what was going on and why things had to be done, they helped me find the most cost effective way to tackle it, and were able to be flexible when I needed to make changes on the fly. The communication was superb! (Almost as good as the care they took with my car!) instead of dreading going back to pick it up or to discuss what had to happen next, I realized they were the least stressful part of my day. They took care of me and even helped solve problems I didn’t know were coming. I knew my headlights weren’t working great, but it wasn’t something I really thought about, but they did think about it, and now it’s fixed! Thank you guys so so much!!

Recently had two (2!) Honda CRVs repaired (one minor scratches, other fender-bender & broken mirror). Khoa, Aaron & Barry are all A+. Estimates were quick & complete, they got needed parts quickly, the work was completed on-time and the repairs were top quality. FixAuto staff were than attentive to the evaluation and quick repair of my Hyundai Sonata Limited. They identified the parts that were defective and got them promptly to return my car to full service. When the Huyndai dealer sent the wrong part they immediately took a right action to correct the situation. Thanks to them my car was operational the same day. Thanks to all.
