Very quick service (done a day earlier than even the minimal estimate), can’t even tell the car was ever damaged. The car was spotless. All employees were very professional and friendly. The person at the front desk even noticed I’d been waiting for my car rental for a while and called them back to remind them. My only minor quibble was that the car was still in service mode when I picked it up; resolved immediately, but would have been nice if it was all ready to go when I got there.

Car took a little bit longer because the initial inspection didn't identify some parts needing replacement. I was going to pay with personal cheque, but the owner override the surcharge to let me pay with debit card.

The team at Fix Auto helped me out after I got rear ended. they made sure to explain the process and answer any questions I had. They also made me feel very comfortable dropping off my truck there and having them work on it. They were able to get my truck back in working order in a few days. I'm really happy with the service they provided. Definitely recommend them.
