I had a very good experience with Fix Auto in Santa Clara. From the first phone call to the final delivery, the service was excellent. We have needed the assistance of Fix Auto 3 times over the past 12 years, and each time we came away very very pleased. The staff is kind and courteous. They always keep us informed. The work they do is fantastic -- and on one occasion, they were able to fix a window power window switch that the dealership and another mechanic were unable to figure out. Fix Auto really knows what they are doing, and we recommend Fix to all of our neighbors and friends. A wonderful company!!
