The quality of work is not professional and there doesn't seem to be any quality assurance inspection because the hitch receiver still didn't mount properly, there are dust particles embedded throughout the paint work and even a large (thumb sized) paint run.

1. Bumper reinforcement still does not mount properly due to a ridge/high spot. 2. Wrinkles in the panel not straightened. 3. Particles scattered in the finish. 4. Paint run in the finish. I returned my car to get issue #1, #3, and #4 corrected and accepted discount for issue #2. Issues 1, 3, and 4 were not corrected. You bolted hitch receiver and reinforcement resulting in paint chip at the high/rub spot. High spot still present at the paint chip. Hitch receiver rolls on the high spot/doesn't fit flat. Mounting hitch receiver either flexes hitch receiver or pulls rear panel straight but either material springs back when removed. This is not an acceptable repair. After disappointed twice, I'm not interested in 3rd attempt. Only looking for full refund to find another shop to do it right.

Service representative was very curtious. I just wish there was either better communication between service rep and the technician(s) doing the repair or the service representative needs to communicate up front what is feasible or not. I felt disappointed both times when picking up my car because the results did not match the expectations that was communicated. My car should not have gone to paint without a phone call letting me know that body work fell short of what was communicated.
