Likely to recommend but I would tell them to increase the communication with you so that they would be informed. Someone did call and left a message which we received after work when the shop was closed. I planned to call the shop in the morning but when I went online at 4am prior to leaving for work I had a notice from USAA saying they had sent the payment in full check to your shop.
