I had a great experience from start to finish! Mike was amazing! He explained every detail and kept me informed daily of the progress on my car. I didn't know where to go to fix my Tesla and found Fix Auto as a recommended Tesla trained shop. I am beyond pleased with the work done. My car is like new. Mike was excellent on handling my insurance repair. Everything was repaired in a timely manner and the car looks great. There was an issue with a notification when I picked up the tesla. Mikes technician was able to figure out the problem and swiftly fixed the issue so I could get on the road, which was a 3 1/2 drive north. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Mike and his crew were great. Got my tesla fixed up in no time. They were very accommodating since I had to make a 3 1/2 hour drive to their shop as there are no tesla certified shops in my area. Will definitely recommend them.

To begin with they were very helpful and courteous and made an appointment for a time to see the Buick. With that they kept in touch with me on how everything including parts we’re going. When they were finished with the car, they gave me a call on the phone said everything‘s ready. We will send you the Uber. What a surprise when I saw the car it was an outstanding. . They were very excellent and friendly.
