From the moment we entered the shop, we felt we were going to be taken care of and that Todd would be our advocate with our insurance company. FixIt cares about their customers. Todd has a long outstanding reputation in Santa Rosa and we are nothing short of grateful for their service. As I said to Todd when we picked up our car, “I would say ‘See you soon, but I hope not!” But if we needed our car repaired, the only place we would go is FixIt.

Thanks for all the extras - tire rotation washing and cleaning wow! And putting the right windshield in so it does which the other guys didn’t do. Only concern was dropping off the night before we weren’t sure the car would be safe but seemed fine. Thanks again

Mike was really wonderful about explaining in detail everything that he would be doing to repair my vehicle. It is a brand new vehicle and I was afraid it would not be brought back to the previous pristine condition. Mike assured me that it would be back to exactly the way it was. I dropped it off ion Monday and picked it up on Friday. That is excellent timing! During that time, he kept me updated on a daily basis to let me know exactly what was going on and the timeline before completion. The even better surprise was when I went to pick it up and it looked just like it did on the day I drove it off the Honda dealer's lot. I am super pleased. Thank you for your excellent customer service and detail to perfection.

I wouldn't recommend a place that damages things and above all doesn't offer a solution to the problem they caused.

I took my truck in for repairs because of a scratch on the doors and they returned it to me with the paint on my rear bumper damaged even though I didn't bring it in that condition. I went back and told them about the damage and they just said they would contact me which hasn't happened... It's unbelievable you take your car in for repairs and they return it with even worse damage.
