The repairs turned out beautifully. I need to reach out to you to see what Les Schwab said about the noise in the front of the car that we had mentioned at the drop off. The noise is still there, not sure what it is. I couldn’t find anything in the report that mentioned it or that it was fixed.

I’ve had less than acceptable repairs don’t previously to the truck in a past accident and after the repairs done at your shop the truck looks like it did when I bought it. We’ve never had an accident in our over 60 years of driving. We were unsure of how things would go in getting our car repaired. This is the first time that my husband Barry and I after 65 years of driving had an accident that required.an auto body shop to repair our car. Fix it Auto Body Shop did an outstanding job from the check-in process to the frequent update communications to keep us informed on the repair status. When we picked up the car it looked like the day we picked up the car in 2019 from the dealers showroom. They completely cleaned the exterior, interior and the engine area. We highly recommend the Fix it Auto Body shop for any auto body repairs.
