The team at Fix is excellent. Tommy did my estimate and he was superb. He explained everything that needed to be done with my car and even offered me to leave my car right then and there. He ordered the new door for my car right away. Caroline runs the office and she was also so kind and caring about me understanding everything that was going on with the insurance claim and she answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to have any future repairs done at Fix. I would not hesitate to send family and friends there if they needed a repair. They worked with my insurance seamlessly.

I had an excellent experience with Fix Auto. They met with me for an initial estimate, and I was very impressed by the technicians knowledge and explanation. The drop off was simple and the repair was beautifully completed within the estimated time frame. The front office staff were friendly and helpful as well. An excellent experience overall. I got a hole in my undercarriage of my Tesla going over the Golden Gate. FIXX automotive gave me 10 out of 10 service. Very friendly, great customer service and even cleaned the inside and outside of the car. I would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with David and the entire team. My repair was complicated by a months-long insurance claim involving multiple vehicles, but the shop was patient, professional, and communicated with me throughout the process. They worked closely with the insurance companies, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. The repair quality is great—my Tesla looks like nothing ever happened. I’m extremely grateful for their professionalism, honesty, and customer service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
