The repair was very fast, and my car looks great. Everything is working just fine. I wish that Fix Auto wouldn't have my car so dirty. My brand new car was left with so many dirty shoe marks throughout the car, and the trunk door was completely dirty.

Getting into an accident was a shocking and unpleasant experience and David and team made me feel at ease. They explained everything and were consistent in keeping me informed with my repairs. If we can give 11 out of 10, would do that! Very professional. Never promised anything just said they will try and that's just what they did! Instead of 6 days, it only took them 3 days ( brought car late Tuesday afternoon- they were almost close) we told them our son needed the car for his job. Thank you, Tommy! Went above n beyond. Professional work and manner, just felt uneasy about loose silver seal discovery after few times opening (R) rear door. I told Mgr that I rarely open that door since mostly alone, so I worry may happen or become loose again.

1) silver seal found loose hanging (detached) on (R) rear door. 2) front license plate upside down. Mgr offered to replace if seals becomes fully detached. He stated heat from sun may cause loosening since only sticky, but I never had that problem since purchased car in 2020. Otherwise thus far satisfied with service.

My car was hit pretty bad. I was told it may be a total loss. But nope. I took it here and they did magic! You could never tell my car had been hit. I’m so thankful! The person I spoke to from Fix Auto South City kept me up to date from day one. When I picked up my car, not only it was repaired, but also washed and detailed! Need I say more?
