The repair process was very smooth between my insurance company and Fix Auto South City. The repair team did a good job fixing the rear bumper of my car with non-OEM parts. I am happy with their warranty for this repair work. David Lee was very patient to my questions and explained them to me in details. My daughter had her Corolla body repair (also rear bumper) in 2023. Thanks to Fix Auto South City team!

Best experience! Fix Auto South City made my repair process so easy and stress-free! They handled the claim directly with my insurance, finished the excellent quality work a day early, and even washed and cleaned my car. I also love that they offer a limited lifetime warranty. David Lee was super patient and professional, explaining everything in detail. My daughter also had her bumper fixed here in 2023 with Tommy’s help, and he was just as amazing then. Highly recommend this shop!

Thank you so much for a flawless fix job! My car looks better than when I purchased it and the price was so reasonable. Really enjoyed working with David also. Wanted to mention I really appreciated the extra touches of the car being completely cleaned on the outside but also on the inside (inside has that new car smell again)! Thank you so much!
