They thought they finished the work on May 15 but when I went to pick it up the damage was not completely smoothed over and there clear waves where they bondo’d amd painted. The brought it back on Monday May 18 and it is supposed to be ready tomorrow. I will update you again if the work is better.

Quick courteous service. The staff in the office were very helpful with getting me picked up for my rental car & having it returned. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday morning & picked it up on Thursday afternoon. It looks great! I highly recommend Fix Auto in Sunnyvale

They only had my car for 4 days (which included drop off at 9am and pick-up at 4 pm)! The front office staff were so kind and helpful, they even cleaned my vehicle inside and out!!! I highly recommend this business and will chose to go there again as well as recomend them to others.

Totally unprofessional….! Didn’t diagnose the car properly before repair and couldn’t fix or didn’t intentionally fix the issue of front radar block. They fixed existing inner fender by fiber tag instead of replacing the new. Sorry to say but it was so bad experience…! Buyers beware…..!

Not only did they do a great job with the paint and repairs (and it looked like they might have washed the windshield and windows as well?), they provided some paper underneath the old battery which I really appreciated. I was constantly kept up-to-date on repair status. I will always choose Fix Auto.
