Fix Auto Sunnyvale is a no non sense body shop. The intake process was super quick. They told me what to expect once i dropped the car. They even gave me information about things other than the body shop itself, like the insurance policies and rental car pick up etc. My car was ready on exactly the day they had initially told me. When I picked up the car, they gave me details about the repairs and the Warranty. They had also cleaned my car, which made me feel even better. All in all, a very timely and well communicated experience.
