My experience with Jason from Fix Auto Sunnyvale has been great. My car was hit in the parking lot that I had to replace the bumper. I first used their online free evaluation, which Jason completed quickly and offered an attractive price (compared to the quotes I got elsewhere) (and the quote is accurate in the end). Talking to Jason is also very pleasant when I later brought my car to him. There are updates sent via SMS during the body work, which is good info to have. In the end, Jason did an awesome job with my bumper replacement in a timely fashion. The bumper is now fresh as new, and he also did some cleaning of my car (both outside and inside). I am very pleasant with his work so far. The entire process seems very prepared for the COVID situation, and there is even a hand sanitizer as a partying gift. I would definitely recommend their service.
