Overall they did an excellent job repairing my car. No issues with the repairs thus far. They even cleaned the interior to a condition better than it arrived in. The only issue I had was with their a lack of initiative in giving updates on completion status and timeline. I had to call multiple times for updates and reconfirm when they didn't get back to me after saying they would call back. This was mainly an issue due to the 1 week delay in parts arriving and my need for updates to plan my schedule for that week.

I am very satisfied with repair. Someone from the auto shop drove my car for more than 200 miles. I called, they said the car was there and no body drove my car. They will check their cameras and find out why.
