Contract called for removal and replacement of bumper cover fix any damage under the bumper cover and remove and replace muffler and tailpipe. They told me they could get the parts to replace the bumper cover and fix the bumper the next day I get a call stating that they cannot get the parts and I should come pick up the vehicle but they did the exhaust I get there the old exhaust is still on and was just straightened not remove and replace like the contract said. They tried to charge me 178 bucks for work that was not done and materials that were not installed. This will be reported to the Arizona Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General‘s office. I believe this is insurance fraud
