Jeanie and staff very helpful.I appreciated the straightforward talk, about job requirements, and notifications of repair status while underway. Wanted senior managers to know that I wasn’t happy with the local Enterprise rental firm just down the street. Not accommodating at all.. I only needed “wheels”, and was not fussy on car type. Only vehicle avail was a full size SUV, at the full rate. No offer to bring in a cheaper rental from another Enterprise, or any offer to rent it at a lower rate. Went to Budget on Tanque Verde instead.
