Jennifer and Fix Auto were awesome! The repair on my 2018 Jeep was beyond perfect. I can't believe how incredible they were blending the new paint with my existing paint. It was flawless.

The body work was great but now there are some odd sounds coming from the Tesla battery or mechanical parts. There's also a part that's loose and probably needs glue or something. Update: system reset and order of new part and everything looks and sounds good now.

It was a battle with them communicating updates and insurance issues. It took 4+ months to get my car back and when I got it back different notification scensors like low battery voltage started appearing. After having it there for so long I figured it lost battery charge being there that long, but they told me that if the low voltage battery was ever changed before pretty much I had to take care of that. Low tire pressure was also on, you would think of the shop taking so long with a vehicle and having an upset client that they would take more of a thorough inspection that everything else is functioning flawless and would atleast sent them home with something to smile about.

The service staff are very friendly, respectful, and attentive. The communication exceeded my expectations. Jennifer and the front office staff were all fantastic!
