I’m still waiting for them to fix my tire After they replace the wheel my tire keeps losing pressure, they said they were going to call me next day to schedule and is being 2 weeks and I haven’t heard from them

Overall, a fantastic service and I would recommend to people with a Tesla that have issues with its collision. I worked well with me and the other insurance, making sure that I was updated throughout most of the process. There was an insurance issue, but they were able to assist me in navigating that. They have a warranty and I need to follow up on that as one of the lights on my tailgate that was replaced is slightly misaligned and sticking out further than the other tail light.

I took my 2014 Ford focus to get my front windshield replaced because they had a big crack from vandalism, but after the new one was installed, I noticed that some trim around my windshield was broken and not properly installed. Parts of my trim flew off while driving. Yes they did fix my windshield, but they also created a new problem not happy with the work.

They were easy to work with. They kept me updated on the progress of my car. They gave me a heads up when it was almost finished. When they returned the car, it was freshly washed. Excellent work.

There’s paint in my car on every door panel and seat. I asked Luis about it and he said they put armor oil on the tires and chalked it off like it was nothing I understand my car is older but there was not paint in my car before I brought it not to mention there’s visible scratches he said that needed to settle. It it was done right the first time there would be no need for a buffing.
