Stressful making an initial appointment and being turned away with four children under age of 8. Stressful in an office setting waiting for a rental to come to take kids home. Stressful to check in car and remove car seats with crying children present in heat while they are marking car with previous damage.

Said 90 minutes for repair. 5hours later it’s done and they break my tail light backing into another car. Haven’t received tail light yet. No phone calls on any updates
