My experience at Fix Auto Shop was very pleasing, the staff is very welcoming, informative, and attentive, until today when a worker stopped by my home unexpectedly and took pictures of my vin, and my car and then proceeded to attempt to open my door by yanking the handle really hard. I find that not okay and I’m left wondering is that part of protocol to attempt to get into cars when looking for information. This interaction was caught on my cameras.

They don’t have my car ready the day they told me, they never communicate with me to let me know what’s going on.

They take forever to give my car back. I have to call them to find it out was going on. They never called me to let me know. One time while the girls called me told me the car is ready, but it wasn’t true. She was a mistake.

Absolutely NO communication while My car was in shop. The only communication that occurred was because I called and talked to Hayley. Hayley seemed lost as to how to respond to my questions regarding the status of my car. She did state That the computer indicated that phone calls and voice messages and texts were made…but I received NONE.
