Alejandra called me and personally introduced herself, and asked if I was comfortable working with her in Denisse's absence. She made me feel taken care of right away. They reached out to me to ask permission before every move was made with the insurance company. My car was totaled so there were no repairs to be performed, but I was quite pleased with Fix Auto Vista's efficiency and quality of service.
