I can’t say I was completely satisfied with the experience. The process felt extremely impersonal. When I picked up my car, I was simply handed my keys with no explanation or walkthrough of the work that was done. The back also feels a bit loose or “off,” though I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be that way, so I plan to compare it at a dealer. Overall, I would have preferred a more communicative, human-centered interaction.
