I was very pleased from start to finish, you kept me informed of the progress and you took full responsibility when our back trunk mat was damaged. Joe and Shaun were awesome. It would've been a 10 if they' would of cleaned the sanding dust off my back seats. I had just cleaned the entire interior prior to bringing the truck in for repair. Other then that it was good.

Missing trim piece on front passenger side, and my window no longer goes up or down! Driver side rear panel under brake light misaligned does not sit flush with taillight and rear.fender. don't want to sound ungrateful I appreciate the work put into this and I'm satisfied for the most part. I guessy bad for showing up right before you closed on Friday. Did t get a chance to actually look at the car until I arrived home and my daughter tried rolling down the window. As I walked around to see I noticed the rear panel and the from missing trim around wheel well
