Had a good experience with the staff and owner of Fix Auto. They were very attentive to my repair that was needed. They went above and beyond by detailing my car, washing my motor and waxing my entire car. Jeremy has great customer etiquette, unfortunately my insurance AAA held up Fix Autos process, they did everything possible to get my car fixed and returned to me in a timely manner.

We are very happy with the service and the moment to moment notifications that were provided by the staff. I was however a little confused on why my A/C was on in my car when I know my A/C doesn't work. When I picked up my car and turned it on my A/C was on. I hope no one went joy riding in my car. Not to mention further damage my A/C unit.
