This is the third time I’ve had to use Fix Auto. I highly recommend them. They did an excellent job of fixing my car after I got sideswiped. They even matched my car’s paint job. Let it be noted my car is 26 years old.

The ladies that checked in and checked out my car were great! However, the communication from the estimator was not good. My car was there for a week and I never once heard from him regarding any updates on my car. I had to make all of the calls to check the status. I requested an additional estimate for a separate repair and he never got back to me. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.

The wheel bearing sound has gone away finally. Patrick showed amazing care, respect and responsibility. Alexis was very nice while finalizing the paper work. The whole experience was outstanding.

The office could use a good cleaning. There were spider webs and a lot of dirt at the base of the windows, as well as the visible underneath the waiting room chairs. When you see that the office area is not well maintained, it makes you wonder about the care of the business' quality and care of their services.

The repairs themselves were good. However, when I picked up my car it was covered with spray paint dust. I am very disappointed with the condition of the cleanliness of my car. I had previously used Fix Auto for repairs and my car was spotless after service.
