"The experience was much better than I expected, Nick did a great job leading me through the process which the collision center delivered in a timely manner."

"From beginning to end, I had a great experience with the Collision Center at Tampa Toyota. The entire repair process was smooth, well organized, and completed within the timeframe that was promised. Tony and the staff were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I especially appreciated that they arranged for my rental car in advance, so it was ready and waiting when I dropped off my vehicle. They also coordinated directly with Enterprise, making the transition seamless and eliminating any extra hassle on my part. The team paid attention to the small details, including using protective paper floor mats to keep my vehicle clean while it was being repaired. Communication was excellent, and I received updates along the way so I always knew what to expect. Most importantly, the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was returned look"

"I had a wonderful experience with the crew from Toyota, even though we try to use the aftermarket one, but they actually were very professional and nice to me, saying the, you know, even though the original OEM was backorder nationwide, you know, we still have the chance to to have it install, you know, so especially that was able again to use my safety features that my vehicle have. I’m very satisfied with the job and the service itself. I do definitely will recommend whoever owns any vehicle from Toyota to go to this place"
