Flagstaff Collision Center is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the Flagstaff community since 2020. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have owned body shops in NV and AZ for the past 20 years. When I got home with the car yesterday, I took a closer look and noticed that the panel gap in the back is noticeably worse looking than any other panel gap on the car. One side of the gap is noticeably higher than the other side of the gap.

My Experience

It’s never a good thing to be involved in an accident that results in major damage to your car, and even more so when traveling out of state. Luckily for me, I found Flagstaff Collision center. From my first interaction with Trish (professional, compassionate and an overall delight) to our rep Dean, it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Communication was excellent and the car was delivered a day early. I only inspected the car via FaceTime but from what I saw everything was top notch. Can’t wait to get it back in my hands. Thank you for making a bad experience palatable!
