Dealing with Flagstaff Collision has been night and day since I took my first vehicle there for repairs. I hope My business is limited with them, but if I ever need vehicle repairs Flagstaff Collision is my go to. Professional, was kept updated, and the customer service is top shelf!

The work was done very well. Communication was excellent . It would have been a 10 if you cleaned the inside of the car. I think as a customer service you should detail the car better.

Parts took time to arrive, car could have been available another week before repairs. Some paint was not buffed out on front panel, we have to return to get that done
