We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have owned body shops in NV and AZ for the past 20 years. Every aspect of the repair experience was very efficient and customer service oriented. We have nothing but positive comments, and appreciate the attention given to getting us the best quality in parts and service. Cuu Thi was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to questions and timing. He kept us informed and wanted to make us satisfied customers. and we are. Everyone at Flagstaff Collision was very professional, friendly and represented the company well. Everyone at Flag Collision is so friendly and helpful. Super easy process from start to finish with initiating the insurance claim, dropping off and picking up my vehicle, and understanding the repairs and estimate.
