Especially when you noticed that Toyota had chipped the window and that was not the condition we left the car in when dropping it off to you. Cuu was amazing! Timely, communicative, and transparent. Especially when he realized that Toyota had chipped the window of our vehicle while test driving during the calibration. We are awaiting the new window and look forward to Cuu giving us a call to complete that scope of work.
