Everyone was nice and communication excellent but at the end of the day this almost cost a lot of money out of pocket due to not knowing what was wrong with the car

Initially it was great. They did not reinstall my truck tonneau cover. Left off the connection bolts and I had to call and go back. They attempted to address but completely failed. They lost original bolts tried to install using the wrong bolts leaving my cover not properly installed. I had to fix the problem myself at expense to myself and my time. I called flagstaff collision expresses my major concerns on 2/3/21
