We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. We have owned body shops in NV and AZ for the past 20 years. Paint and body work were excellent. However, after I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that the driver side seat would not go forward. Also, when I put the rear passenger window down, it just fell like the window regulator failed. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the window was taped shut and the molding was loose. The seat and all windows were working fine when my vehicle went for repair. I am having to pay another shop to fix those issues. I wish that Flagstaff Collision had been upfront with on those two issues. I had to discover them on my own. Bad for business and hence my 3 score.

Two other issues came up. Non working window regulator. Window was taped shut and seat does not move forward or back. I wish that the shop would have been upfront with those issues. All was working fine when the vehicle went in for repairs I am having to pay another shop to fix those issues

I wished I was kept in contact with about the repairs. However, I now understand that the insurance companies are trying to reduce the number of points of contact to make things more efficient. I will be submitting my issues with the system layout to my insurance rather than the repair shop.
